We are members of the Travel Trust Association, all members must operate a trust account which holds all of its client monies and funds can only be released to the member once the client has returned from holiday. In addition, the trust operates a fidelity insurance scheme that further protects all clients up to a maximum of £11,000 per passenger. In the unlikely event that a member ceases to trade or funds paid to the member are not in the trust account this insurance backed scheme will guarantee to provide the accommodation as booked or provide a full refund to the client.
