This hotel is really good all rounder great location right next to the beach although may be trickey for disabled or elderley. We first went to this hotel 5 years ago as it was recommended by friends since then we have been back 4 times and soon to book again.Its a great base to see the whole island from as we usually hire a car from round the corner from the hotel and travel to all the other resorts and spend the day. When we first went we used to stay round the hotel as the boys were young and enjoyed the kids club but now 12 13 we tend to use it as a base as we find its excellent value for money half board the dinning room has a good selection at breakfact buffet style and theres always plenty of choice for evening meal. accomodation is quite basic but always clean and tended well by the maid and thats all we need as we are out all day. Air con in aug is a must as there are 4 in a room. the bisto by the pool does great snacks lunch and evening and the entertainment team seem good but we tend to go to other bars in the evening. The only thing to be aware of is the extreamly deep pool if you have youngsters with you, there is a kids pools but this get very full so its arm bands in the main pool ! as i'm 5'10 and can not stand at all in the main pool. Therse also another great beach in the oppersite direction we call it the rough beach as its quite choppy some days with large waves and a lovely beach bar its near the camp site. Most families would have a great holiday its not 5 star but a good 3 star.
