Opened in 2002, the Best Oasis Tropical Hotel consists of 398 rooms on 4 floors of which 385 are doubles. It has a stylish lobby with lifts and a 24-hour reception. In addition there is a TV room, a hairdresser's salon, shop, café, a cosy bar, and an air-conditioned restaurant with a separate non-smoking area. Moreover there is an in-house laundry service and garage facilities available (both for an additional fee) and a children's playground on site.

the hotel was obviously at the end of a long season and not very clean/well maintained. the food we noiced on arrival was a lot worse than previous visits. this changed on a friday night when there was a load of spanish arriving and the quality doubled. the swimming pool was shut which was very annoying considering we had been at same time of the year previously and it has been open. overall not impressed this time around at this hotel but holiday rooms direct are a good company who i will use agin just dissapointed.

The hotel was generally of good quality but I would not rate it at 4 stars. The quality of the food was good, the staff were friendly and the hotel was very clean. The hotel was in need of updating though, certain things weren't in working order and carpets etc were very worn. The pool area was lovely but unfortunately it was closed for winter even though it was 30 degrees! This was disappointing and should be stated at time of booking.

HOTEL IS EXCELLENT THIS IS THE THIRD TIME WE HAVE STAYED IN THIS HOTEL WE BROUGHT A DIFFERENT FAMILY EACH TIME AND THEY COULD NOT FAULT THE HOTEL.EXCELLENT VALUE.WE WILL MISS THIS WHEN WE COME TO LIVE OUT HERE.

Overall, we were very pleased with this hotel which provided excellent value for money. Hotel room was very large, spacious and clean. Staff were always very attentive. Pool area in need of a tidy up which was being rectified by the time we were leaving. Good selection of food but you needed to eat early to ensure it was hot. A car is advisable.

OVERALL THE HOTEL WAS VERY GOOD SUITED OUR PURPOSES WELL. THE FOOD WAS ONLY FAIR HAVE HAD BETTER IN A 4STAR HOTEL,IT WAS ONLY EVER AT BEST JUST WARM. THE ROOM WAS VERY SPACIOUS BUT WOULD HAVE BENEFITED FROM TEA MAKING FACILITIES.

Hotel was very comfortable, rooms spacious and clean. Food was only fair, not what I usually expect in a four star hotel. Main course was always luke warm if you had a starter first.

Have nothing negative to say about the hotel but everything positive.
