| Stayed for 2 weeks in July 2008. Hotel as usual was very busy (mainly spanish on their short breaks), not as many British this year. Hotel is excellent - the food especially. Have visited this hotel now 14 times over the years and can not fault it. Ideal location - very flat for the elderly or disabled and with the sea right on your doorstep. Roquetas is a quiet resort with lots of bars/cafe`s/shops, etc with very little noisy nightlife. Ideal for a quiet relaxing holiday. Has a large pool with seperate paddling pool for the kids. Some daytime activities to keep everyone busy - pool arobics/water polo etc.
Plenty of sunbeds around the pool and garden area. This year though I noticed a number of holiday makers from apartments had started to visit the hotel during the day and use the pool and sunbeds. These were both british and spanish, especially the british with young children in prams. This in no way spoilt our family holiday, but later in the day you could see guests trying to find beds which were taken. It was the same at night when entertainment was on - they stayed until the finish then left. Hotel needs to find some way of identifying guests - maybe using the type of bands used by hotels who offer all inclusive. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone. |

| Hotel staff were some of the best I have ever some across very pleasant and helpful. Only one little thing about room was not enough plugs. |

| Stayed here 5 nights March/April 2007. Was expecting it to be fairly quiet and full of pensioners so it wasn't a shock. The hotel whilst very clean has a very tired feel to it. The rooms (especially the bathroom) are in desperate need of refurbishment, as does the communal areas such as the lobby and hallways. The food was fine, freshly cooked with plenty of choice. Having said that, I would recommend this hotel but make clear it is far from the 4* rating it has. |

| Stayed here in Feb half term 07 with husband and 12 and 18 yr old daughters - booked superior room - was very clean - bed enormous - bathroom ok but shower didn't work properly. Was the youngest family all but maybe two others - full of elderly people and entertainment was geared around them - dinner and dance music every night - didn't bother us thou as it was lovely to watch and we were just there to spend some time together. Everywhere was non-smoking which was lovely and every night a happy hour 2 for one drinks - made the bar bill very cheap! Weather was in mid 70's and beach just across from the hotel was lovely and clean. Food was good and staff were lovely. Overall would recommend this to anyone - would expect it to be heaving in the summer thou due to great location. |

| I would not have classed this hotel as 4 Star.
The Dinners were very bland and repetitive.
There were some flies as we had expected, but these were more around the pool area than the beach. |

| I have used Holiday Rooms Direct a few times now and have recommended you to many friends. I have found that you tend to offer the best rates for the areas that I am looking for. Although I was disappointed with the hotel on this occasion (it doesn't compare to other 4 star hotels in the area) it did represent value for money |
